This small, new, cozy inn is located very close to the centre of the city in a quiet neighbourhood. It is located in a beautiful three-storey villa from 1920 and is operated by the owner, who has worked in the tourist industry for many years - the services offered are of a high professional level. It is approximately 15 minutes by tram to the centre of the city, roughly 10 minutes by car. Trams no. 2,5,6 have a stop approximately 300 m away on Videnska street (the stop "Polni"). It is possible to walk to the Exhibition Centre across Cerveny kopec (Red Hill) - the route is about a comfortable 20-minute walk. In the vicinity are ample dining possibilities accessible on foot. Nearby you will also find tennis courts, an athletic stadium, a squash court and a swimming pool.
